The Council on Teaching establishes guidelines, evaluates application and nomination materials, and selects recipients for university-wide teaching awards, including but not limited to: 

• President and Provost Award for Teaching Excellence
• Hubbard-Walder Award for Excellence in Teaching
• Outstanding TA Awards
• Teaching in Higher Education Conference Awards
